  • Abide

    [Verse]

Like a flower in the midst of a graveyard

Is the place where my soul longs to be

Just to rest in the arms of my Savior

    Though darkness surrounds me

Fix my eyes on the light of Your promise

I believe every word that You say

I'll remain in Your love and Your mercy

    All of my days

    [Chorus]

Oh Lord - All I want is - All You are

You're the one that I delight in

    Forever I'll abide in You

    [Verse]

You're my peace in the midst of the chaos

Where You have me is whеre I should be

Though I stare through thе eye of the tempest

    Your voice calms the sea

I know beauty is formed in the waiting

And I know You're still forming my heart

Hallelujah my God You are faithful

    To finish what You start

    [Chorus]

Oh Lord - All I want is - All You are

You're the one that I delight in

    Forever I'll abide in You

    [Bridge]

My desire - Is just to know You more

Take this life and - Wholly make it Yours

My desire - Is just to know You more

So take this life and - Wholly make it Yours

    [Chorus]

  • [Verse 1]

Worthy of every song we could ever sing

Worthy of all the praise we could ever bring

Worthy of every breath we could ever breathe

We live for You, oh, we live for You

    [Verse 2]

Jesus, the Name above every other name

Jesus, the only One who could ever save

Worthy of every breath we could ever breathe

We live for You, we live for You

    [Chorus]

Holy, there is no one like You, there is none beside You

Open up my eyes in wonder and

Show me who You are and fill me with Your heart

And lead me in Your love to those around me

    [Verse 2]

Jesus, the name above every other name

Jesus, the only One who could ever save

You're worthy of every breath we could ever breathe

We live for You, oh, we live for You

    [Chorus]

Holy, there is no one like You, there is none beside You

  • [verse]

When everything around is shifting sand

I need a place to go where I can stand

When wind is raging and nothing makes sense

    I hear Your voice

Calling me out when I can't find my way

You ease the pain and take my shame away

Remind me who I am because You're great

    I'm here and I'm Yours

    [chorus]

On Christ, the solid rock I stand

All other ground is sinking sand

My hope is built on nothing less

    Than Jesus' blood and righteousness

    [verse 2]

No condemnation now because of You

I stand redeemed, I'm clean, my blood transfused

The past behind me, I have been made new

    My heart will sing

    [chorus]

On Christ, the solid rock I stand

All other ground is sinking sand

My hope is built on nothing less

    Than Jesus' blood and righteousness

    [bridge]

Standing on Your promise - Holding on to You

You will not be shaken - You will not be moved

Jesus, my foundation - I build my life on You

You will not be shaken - You will not be moved

I'm standing on Your promise - Holding on to You

You will not be shaken - You will not be moved

Jesus, my foundation - I build my life on You

You will not be shaken - You will not be moved

    [chorus]

On Christ, the solid rock I stand

All other ground is sinking sand

My hope is built on nothing less

    Than Jesus' blood and righteousness

  • The Overpowering Grace of God

    Scripture: Acts 9:1-9

But Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of theLord, went to the high priest and asked him for letters to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any belonging to the Way, men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. Now as he went on his way, he approached Damascus, and suddenly a light from heaven shone around him.And falling to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” And he said, “Who are you, Lord?” And he said, “I amJesus, hwhom you are persecuting. But rise and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.” The men who were traveling with him stood speechless, hearing the voice but seeing no one. Saul rose from the ground, andalthough his eyes were opened, mhe saw nothing. So they led him by the handand brought him into Damascus. And for three days he was without sight, and neither ate nor drank.

No one can out‑power or outrun the risen Christ. He confronts, exposes, and transforms even His fiercest enemies, uniting them to Himself and drafting them into His mission.

    1. When God Collides with Your Life
Religious zeal and sincerity are not the same as submission to Jesus. It is possible to be moral, biblical, and busy for God—and still be opposing Christ.

    2. The Light from Heaven: A Theophany of Glory
The light that drops Saul recalls Ezekiel’s vision of God’s glory and reveals that the God of Israel’s throne now shines in the face of Jesus Christ.

    3. “Why Are You Persecuting Me?” – Union with Christ
Jesus so identifies with His people that to touch the church is to touch Him. He suffers with believers, confronts those who harm them, and defines our identity as those who are “in Christ.”

    4. Grace That Knocks You Down
Saul is not seeking Christ; Christ is seeking Saul. Saving grace is invasive grace—God overturns our direction, humbles our pride, and calls us to obedience in the dark.

    5. A Call to Repentance and Deeper Union
This passage speaks to the religiously hardened, the wounded, and the indifferent. Christ confronts pride, comforts sufferers, and warns the casual that neutrality toward Him is not safe.

    Reflection Questions for This Week

    • Where might I, like Saul, be “breathing” attitudes or actions that are actually against Christ, even while I think I am serving Him?

    • How does it change my view of the church to hear Jesus say, “Why are you persecuting Me?”

    • Am I treating Jesus as an idea I agree with, or a Lord who has the right to stop me and turn me around?

  • You give life, You are love

You bring light to the darkness

    You give hope, You restore

    Every heart that is broken

    Great are You, Lord

    [Chorus]

It's Your breath in our lungs

So we pour out our praise

    We pour out our praise

It's Your breath in our lungs

So we pour out our praise to You only

    [Bridge]

All the earth will shout Your praise

Our hearts will cry, these bones will sing

    Great are You, Lord
